These terms govern your use of this website and ACExperts residential HVAC services in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Service scope

Service recommendations are based on in-home diagnostics and visible conditions at the time of inspection.

Estimates and approvals

Quoted pricing is not binding until the customer approves the final scope of work. Hidden conditions or code-required changes may affect final pricing and will be reviewed before work continues.

Warranties

Repairs include standard 2-year parts and labor coverage unless otherwise stated in writing. New install labor terms may vary by system tier; qualifying equipment may include manufacturer parts warranties.

Payments and cancellations

Payment is due under the terms listed on your invoice or signed agreement. Appointment windows may be rescheduled due to weather, safety, product availability, or emergency call volume.

Liability and force majeure

ACExperts is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather events, utility outages, material shortages, and access restrictions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Alabama law. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through direct communication before formal action.
