Who We Are
ACExperts provides honest, dependable residential HVAC service in Baldwin County, Alabama. We help homeowners with air conditioning repair, heating service, system replacement, and comfort solutions designed for long-term reliability.
Baldwin County is not an abstract service territory for us — it is home to the neighborhoods we drive every day. That local lens shapes how we answer the phone, how we schedule, and how we explain repair options when your system is under stress in July heat or a January cold snap.
We believe HVAC work should feel predictable: you should know what we found, what we recommend, what it costs, and what happens next. No jargon walls, no mystery fees — just professional workmanship and respectful service inside your home.
Meet the Owner
Founded 2026 · Landon Jahnke

I've been working in HVAC since 2013, with NATE, EPA 608, NCI, and ductless certifications along with my Alabama state license. I live in Silverhill with my wife, cat, and dog. Keeping Baldwin County homes comfortable is personal to me — these are my neighbors.
Our Story
I discovered HVAC at 16 while attending Spanish Fort High School and quickly found a passion for hands-on problem-solving and the trade. After graduating, I earned my associate degree in HVAC from Faulkner State while beginning my career with a local company in Fairhope.
Over the past 13 years, I've worked in HVAC across Baldwin County — building experience in service, installation, system replacement, sales, and management. ACExperts was built on that foundation, with a commitment to honest, straightforward, high-quality service for South Alabama.
